Veterans Base Camp's
2022
"Battle Buddies"
VBC's "Battle Buddies" are those organizations, businesses, families and individuals who
through their generous donations of money, time or talents to VBC's
mission to support our veterans, first responders and those who are vulnerable in our
community have helped it make it a reality.
Our partners walk along side of us. They work with us.
We are blessed to bless through their support,
and we just want to say:
THANK YOU!
Tucker Mechanical-has donated not only monetarily but has also given their
employees the opportunity to volunteer at VBC to rehab the
pool, pavilion, cabins, grounds and main facility, HVAC
system, and so much more. The support that VBC and our
Vets have received from this organization has been
inspirational and has touched everyone's heart.
They "walk the talk" in ALL ways. CEO Marty Waung,
and his wife Anita, serving our veterans on Christmas Day
(pre-COVID), painting, roofing...you name it, they have
volunteered to help for it. Their employees can
be found showing up to paint, replace toilets, repair work,
roofing, whatever is needed to help our veterans.
