4'th Annual Charity Ride for Recovery

Veterans Base Camp (VBC) offers a unique program for veterans who find themselves in need of short term housing due to homelessness, joblessness or some other life transition.  In partnership with the veteran, VBC  weaves together a person-centered plan that utilizes a strengths-based perspective framework to help the veteran identify their goals, focus on their strengths, desires, unique abilities/talents and resources to achieve those goals.  Through the R.E.S.E.T,  REBOOT Combat/Trauma Recovery Programs, Peer-to-peer and Pastoral counseling, VBC offers support to veterans and their families as they work through these areas so they can move forward and "find their way home".  

All proceeds from this event will support the programs at VBC and Natchaug Hospitals  Adult Ambulatory Care programs.
